We understand that these vehicles require exceptional care, precision, and expertise. When you submit a quote request, we'll match you with a partner who has experience with your specific type of vehicle.
It depends on the service and time of year. Simple repairs might be available within days, while full wraps or complex paintwork can have 2-4 week lead times, especially during busy seasons. Once we match you with a specialist, they'll provide their current availability and can often work around your schedule.
We're expanding across the UK and work with partners in most major cities and regions. When you submit your quote request, we'll check for available specialists in your area. If we don't currently have a partner near you, we'll let you know and can add you to our waiting list as we continue to grow our network.
Payment is arranged directly with the specialist we match you with. They'll provide a detailed quote, and you'll pay them directly for the work. ProCoats facilitates the introduction and manages the booking process, but all financial transactions happen between you and the service provider.
If you're an approved ProCoats partner, you'll receive login details for our secure Partner Portal. The portal allows you to manage leads, update job status, upload photos, and track your bookings in one central dashboard.
